Adding Users to your Organisation

You can invite additional users in your organisation to access Zitcha. Admin access is required to complete this action.

  1. Click on Invite User in the bottom-left section of the menu bar.
  2. Type in the new employee's first and last name, email address, job title, assign them a Role and a Team then click Invite User.
  3. The new employee will receive an email inviting them to join Zitcha. The invite link is active for 72 hours. They can create their account once they received the email by clicking the Accept Invitation.
