Editing a Submitted Order

As a Supplier you can make changes to your order after you've submitted it. The changes will be reviewed by the Retailer and either Approved or Rejected.
Note: Changes are currently unable to be made through the Zitcha platform for Social Media ads. Please contact your Retailer if you need to make changes to an Approved or Live Social Ad.
To edit an order:
- Open the order you want to update and click the Edit button in the top right hand corner.
- Make the desired changes to the order and then click the Update button.
Note: What you can edit in the order will depend on whether it is Live or not. - The request will then be sent through to the Retailer to review. You will receive an email confirmation once the Retailer has either Approved or Rejected the changes.
