Getting started as a Retailer on Zitcha
Setting up your account
Organisation Settings
General
- Click on Set up your account link in the email invite you've received. This will link you directly to the Homepage of Zitcha.

- Click on the Settings button on the bottom left-hand side of the Menu bar and Select Org. Settings.
- Click Browse and select your image to upload. An image file that has a transparent background is recommended.
- Set your Business Hours, Minimum Review Time, Timezone and Max Spend Pacing Difference.
- On the same page, verify the Facebook Page ID and Facebook Pixel if correct or present. If not, enter it in the input fields.
- Choose whether to Enable conversion attribution for web ads, the attribution window size and how you would like to track Ad clicks.
- Click Save Changes.

Network Branding
Integrate your Network logo and choose menu bar colours that match your brand.

Supplier Settings
- Click Settings again and select Suppliers
Global Settings
Configure the default Supplier Settings and permissions that will apply to all Suppliers.
Configuring Supplier Settings
Individual Supplier Settings
Configure settings and permissions that will apply only to an individual Supplier.
This may include overriding the default Supplier settings such as Ad Type availability and minimum budget.
Also use this page to give your Supplier access to your Product Catalog and Audiences.
