Follow these steps to request supplier approval for your brand store, ensuring it's reviewed and ready for launch.
After creating pages and content in your brand store, it's essential to save your progress. Once you've done that, you'll notice a "Request Approval" button in the top right-hand corner. Here's what you need to do next:
- Check Required Fields: Clicking the "Request Approval" button will first ensure that all necessary fields have been completed. Any missing content will be highlighted for your attention.
- Optional Comments: At this stage, you have the option to provide comments to the supplier in a free-form text box. You can include up to 1000 characters of feedback or additional information. Note that providing comments is optional.
- Request Approval: If no additional comments are required, simply click "Request Approval." This action will send a notification to the supplier, prompting them to review your brand store.
- Supplier Review: The supplier will receive the notification and review the brand store you've created. As the retailer, you'll need to await their response. They may either approve the store as is or provide feedback for revisions.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your brand store is thoroughly reviewed and ready for launch, providing a seamless experience for both you and your supplier.
