Zitcha simplifies the MPA setup, managing key elements like Facebook Business Manager, Meta App, and brand list onboarding, ensuring efficient troubleshooting.

Retailers must have a Facebook Business Manager account and share access with Zitcha.

Pixel & Conversion API setup must be verified.

The Admin System User linked to the API token should also be a "Finance Editor" in Meta.

Retailer to send Zitcha product information through 

 or alternatively provide Zitcha with a public URL for Catalogue Manager data, 

Zitcha will configure the feed for Meta Catalog Manager.

Zitcha needs access to the Network Business Manager.

Zitcha will create a Meta App for MPA onboarding, requiring the Retailer's Privacy URL and Terms of Service. 

Retailer to supply list of Brands for Zitcha to onboard.

Retailer to provide a product table linking product IDs to Brands, SKUs or Brand groups.

Zitcha completes the onboarding via the Meta App.

1. Facebook Business Manager Account (Retailer)

Create and share access with Zitcha. Ensure the Admin System User is a Finance Editor.

Please contact your solutions lead for the relevant email addresses to add to your Business Manager.

Provide Zitcha with the Public URL for your Catalogue Manager Data Feed. 

Share a table mapping products to brands or brand groups.

Zitcha updates the feed with a Vendor ID for Facebook catalog upload. Vendor ID is the ID of the vendor/seller that sells the item as described by the 

WAIT: Record 100 transactions per brand group for Meta eligibility.

Zitcha manages the MPA setup for the Retailer.

Provide any information on any Brand Specific advertising restrictions such as advertising in certain locations or on certain placement locations.

Zitcha onboards brands upon achieving Week 1 milestones.

Check Pixel strength and catalog match rate

Catalog match rate should be 90% or greater

Confirm API functionality and event communication to Facebook.

Quantity, content_id and value parameters must be recorded through the pixel as a minimum

Credit Lines: Associated credit lines can cause delays.

Product Performance: Low sell-through rates might affect MPA eligibility.

Early access to the product feed expedites the onboarding process.

Meta MPA Checklist

An Admin SystemUser account with the Finance editor role is required in the Network’s Meta Business Manager account so that it can be linked to the MPA app and generate a token to set up the Zitcha MPA integration.

If an Admin System User is not already present in the Business Manager it needs to be created.

To add a new system user in Business Manager:

Go to Business settings in Business Manager or Settings in Meta Business Suite.

In the Users tab in the left sidebar, select System users.

Give a name to the system user and select Admin as the System user role

Click Edit next to the new System user account
