Zitcha Product Update – September 2025
As Zitcha continues to accelerate with multiple weekly releases, we’re shifting to monthly product updates to keep you in the loop without missing a beat.
September brought a wave of improvements focused on giving teams greater flexibility, new reporting for Zitcha 1.0, and a smoother user experience across the platform.
Pause & Resume Live Ad Sets
Network users can now pause and resume live ad sets directly within Zitcha.
This gives retail media teams more flexibility to manage pacing and optimize campaigns on the fly.
Highlights:
- Available for Onsite Sponsored Products and Banners
- Accessible to users with Plan Manager permissions
- Ad sets automatically expire if not resumed before end date
- Includes in-app and email notifications for pause/resume actions

Ad Previews
Ad Previews are now live in Planning to improve visibility of creative assets directly within the UI.
What’s new:
- Preview panels on Ad Set and Ads tabs
- Supports both image and video assets
- View in side panel or full-screen mode
- Use arrow keys to navigate between creatives and ads
- Previews update dynamically as assets change
Ad Set Modal Enhancements
The Ad Set creation and editing experience has been redesigned for faster workflows and better usability.
What’s changed:
- Accordion-style sections that guide users step by step
- Required fields clearly marked
- Completed sections display green checkmarks and summaries
- Works for Create, View, and Edit modes
Filtering Upgrades
Easily find and manage ad sets with new filtering options.
You can now:
- Search by Ad Set name or ID
- Filter Ad Sets within the Plan view

Zitcha 1.0 (Orders) Reporting Dashboard
Retailer admins now have a new version of the order performance and delivery metrics.
This helps teams track campaign health, spot pacing issues early, and report on ROI more effectively.
Available for: Select retailers on Zitcha 1.0. (Orders Platform)
